Election of Directors and Members Committee
There will be no Board of Director or Members’ Committee member elections at the 2026 AGM.
Due to the merger with Australian Mutual Bank, there are no Director vacancies to be filled.
Following amendments to the Constitution, the Members’ Committee nomination and selection process is managed separately to the AGM and there is no election for 2026.
Future Director nomination and election opportunities will be communicated to members in accordance with the Constitution.
