National Relay Service
If you’re Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech or communication difficulty, you can contact us through the Australian Government’s National Relay Service (NRS). Simply contact the NRS using your preferred call channel, then provide our phone number when prompted — the relay officer will connect you to us.
Interpreter Services
If English isn’t your first language, the Australian Government’s free Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) offers support in more than 150 languages. Just ask when you call or visit us — we’ll help connect you with the service.
