- If you are already a member, simply log in to Internet Banking and open your Momentum Saver account in a few easy steps.
- If you’re not a member yet, you can become a member online and then open your account.
If you prefer not to become a member, you can still open a Momentum Saver account by completing the customer application form.
You can access your Momentum Saver account anytime using Internet Banking, the Mobile App5, or by visiting a branch.
- Online: Login to Internet Banking to check your balance, transfer funds, or manage your account.
- Mobile: Use the Mobile App5 for secure access on the go.
- In branch: Visit your nearest branch for in-person support or assistance.

No – there are no monthly account fees, overdraw fees or electronic transfer fees on the Momentum Saver account.

Yes. The Momentum Saver account offers a bonus interest rate each month when you meet certain conditions.
To earn bonus interest, you must:
- Deposit at least $100 into your Momentum Saver account during the month (before 5pm Sydney-time on the last day of the month)2
- Make no withdrawals during that calendar month
- Ensure your account remains in credit at the end of the month
If these conditions aren’t met, the standard base interest rate will apply for that month.

There’s no maximum deposit limit1 for a Momentum Saver account. However, deposits over $5,000,000 (in total across all your savings accounts) are subject to acceptance at the bank’s discretion.
You’ll earn variable interest based on the balance tier your account falls within. Different interest rate tiers may apply depending on your account balance.

Yes, you can open a Momentum Saver account jointly with up to two account holders, if both people are members of the bank.
When opening a joint account, you can choose whether:
- Either account holder can authorise withdrawals, or
- Both account holders must authorise withdrawals together.
If you select the “both must authorise” option, both members will need to:
- Visit a local branch together,
- Call us with both members present, or
- Complete and sign the Transaction and savings account application form for the account to be set up.
