Health Professionals Bank

Health Professionals Bank launched in 2019 as Australia’s first and only bank dedicated exclusively to healthcare professionals and their families.

Our vision is to provide Australian healthcare professionals and their families with financial options that meet their needs and to be their financial partner throughout all of their life stages.

Health Professionals Bank operates on a socially and environmentally sustainable business model, whereby members’ money can’t be used to fund harmful activities, such as fossil fuel projects. As a mutual bank, our profits are re-invested into products and services, and the community.

Membership

Membership is open to current or retired employees of the Australian health sector, or to family members of existing members of the Bank. It’s also open to those studying a health-related degree at a university in Australia, or to those that are members of Nurses & Midwives Health. In addition, all individuals must be citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
