You can find out how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information about you, as well as how you may complain if you think we may have breached your privacy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your computer hard drive when you first visit a website. They tell website owners when somebody returns to their website, how often someone visits the website and what they do while using it – for example, what pages they access, what functions they perform and so on.

In this way, cookies assist us to develop our website.

Personal information is not collected unless you leave personal details whilst using the web site. Cookies can enable you to personalise your website usage, as personal details can be stored and retrieved each time you visit.

We do not use external tracking companies to collect information about how you use our website.

Whilst you can configure your browser to reject cookies, most websites (including ours) require you to enable cookies in order to use the website.

We sometimes place banners or other advertisements on the websites of our business partners and affiliates. These can link through to our website. So that we can effectively monitor the effectiveness of these placements, our business partners and affiliates may use cookies to collect information such as the date and time of your visit. This information may then be given to us.

Social media

We use social media to keep our members, customers and followers informed about us and our activities.

If you access social media (including our pages) from our website, you leave our website. Social media providers have their own privacy policies and security levels, which we suggest you verify before using a site. We cannot and do not endorse any content (other than that created by us) which may be found on these sites.

We will never ask you via social media to provide any of your banking details.

Some of our brands have their own Facebook pages – read our community guidelines for Facebook.
