Women have digital edge at Teachers Mutual, 2019 WGEA Employer of Choice

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited has been noted as one of only 140 Australian companies to be noted as a 2019 Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited has been noted as one of only 140 Australian companies to be noted as a 2019 Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is a leading Australian bank for gender equality and this is particularly evident in its Digital Services team. In an area where women have been traditionally under-represented, Teachers Mutual is establishing strong levels of female representation, with:

  • 100% of Digital Services Management comprising of women.
  • 57% of leadership roles in the Digital Services team held by women.
  • 55% of the Digital Services team being comprised of women.
