Teachers Mutual Bank Limited announces retirement of Director

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited (the Bank) has announced a change to its Board following the retirement of one of its Directors.  

Linda Green, has retired as a Director of the Bank’s Board. Linda’s decision to retire follows 26 years of dedicated service to Teachers Mutual Bank Limited’s Members.  

Elected to the Teachers Mutual Bank Limited’s Board in 1997, during her tenure Linda made a valuable contribution through sharing her deep experience in the education sector as a Primary School Principal with the NSW Department of Education. 

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited Chair, Maree O’Halloran AM expressed her gratitude for Linda’s significant contribution as a Director on the Bank’s Board.  

“Linda has been a long standing and dedicated member of the Board, sharing her experience and passion for the public education sector during her tenure,” Ms O’Halloran shared.

“I would like to acknowledge the service and support Linda has shown to me as Chair and the value she has added to our Members. I wish her all the best as she retires as a Director from Teachers Mutual Bank Limited’s Board.”  

The Bank will seek to appoint a Director to replace the vacancy.
