On 1 November 2021, the transfer of Pulse Credit Union to Teachers Mutual Banking Limited will occur. From 12 noon, Friday 5 November 2021 we will commence the integration of our banking systems. You can continue to transact on your account using your Pulse Visa Debit Card for EFTPOS, ATM and Visa Debit Card transactions.

We’re thrilled that from Monday, 1 November 2021 we will be welcoming you to Health Professionals Bank or UniBank, a division of Teachers Mutual Bank Limited.
To ensure a smooth transition to your new Bank we will be updating this page regularly with key information we need to tell you.
|From 12 noon, Friday 5 Nov to 2pm, Saturday 6 Nov 2021||You won’t be able to access Internet and Phone Banking while we integrate our banking systems. However, you can continue to make transactions using EFTPOS, ATM and your Visa Debit Card.|
|Saturday 6 Nov 2021||You’ll need to start using your new Member number and BSB.|
|Saturday 6 Nov 2021||You can activate your new Internet and Phone Banking services.|
|Friday 3 Dec 2021||If you have a Visa Debit Card, you’ll receive your new card and PIN in the mail before this date.|
