The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Teachers Mutual Bank Limited will be held on Saturday, 20 November 2021. 

Due to the ongoing concern of COVID-19, the event will be held as a hybrid AGM to ensure the safety of our Members.

1. Advance notice of AGM and call for Nominations for election to the Board and Members Committee provided to all shareholding Members 5 - 12 August 2021
2. Nominations for election to the Board and Members Committee close 3 September 2021
3. Voting papers for election of Board and Members Committee provided to all shareholding Members 21 - 28 September 2021
4. Voting closes for Board and Members Committee election 22 October 2021
5. 2020-21 Annual Report and Sustainability Update released 20 October 2021
6. Notice of Meeting and Proxy & Business papers sent to all shareholding Members 22 - 29 October 2021

Election of Board and Members Committee

Voting papers have been sent to eligible Members on 23 September 2021, who are invited to vote in the 2021 Members Committee election.

This year we only received two nominations for the Board of Directors positions. Therefore, an election for the Board of Directors is not required and the nominees will be duly appointed at the AGM.

How to cast your vote

1. If your voting papers were emailed:

Follow the instructions and you will be directed to the online voting service hosted by Computershare Investor Services Limited.

2. If your voting papers were posted:

Complete the Ballot Paper by following the instructions provided and return in the reply paid envelope enclosed. Alternatively, you can vote online by following the ‘To vote online’ instructions which are also provided with the voting papers.

All votes must be received by the Returning Officer no later than 5:00pm Friday, 22 October 2021.

In respect of the election process, Mr Justin Robinson, of Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, has been appointed Returning Officer for the election of Directors and the election of Members Committee members.
